GP McLeer was elected Mayor of Fountain Inn, South Carolina in November of 2019. He is the Executive Director of the Upstate Mobility Alliance, a regional initiative advancing transportation solutions for ten counties in Upstate South Carolina. He is also co-founder of Pecan Public Relations, a boutique PR firm specializing in nonprofit management, advocacy, and communications.
